I recently came to the realisation that I’ve found myself working within an industry that is inherently dishonest. It seems to be an industry that thrives on confusing its customers with complex terminology and features so that companies can justify putting revenue ahead of customer experience.

The sad reality is that some of our competitors still have the desire to deceive their customers in order to make a larger profit.

This just doesn’t sit right with Opious and so consequently we have vowed to actively attempt to change this, creating an overarching goal of becoming the most trusted connectivity company within the UK.

How will we achieve this?

  • Customer Service: We will be there for you whenever you need us, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
